Technicality results in rape charge against 14-year-old

I know a guy that while in the Army his white girlfriend's family forbid her to see him anymore (because he was black) and long story short she saw him anyway and got caught. She told her family that he raped her and sure enough he was found guilty - he's still serving time.

He was only 20 years old at the time and because she lack the courage to stand up to her family she destroyed another human being's life and reputation.

she should kill herself. fucking whore.

No we wouldnt.. its outrageous to charge any kid with a crime like this (unless he actualy did rape her.. then he should be charged.)

But i cant see how the girl did anything wrong.. on the other hand.. she may just feel guilty about what happened and is claiming rape.

Problem is after a whole month.. it would be real hard to prove.
