tate press I think is the same as an elbows out extension
other good ones are french press -- seated, takea dumbell in two hands, and do an extension behind the head.
JM press -- hard to describe... there are some decent pictures on the web that other guys could direct you to... but you really need to see it done -- it's a lot more simple than descriptions make it sound.
barbell extensions to forehead, eyes, nose, chin, etc.
rolling dumbell extensions, lying on a bench, or on the floor.
dumbell press -- take dumbells lying a bench, and lower them with your elbows tucked right against your body, press back up. Much like a close grip bench, but with dumbells
weighted 1/4 dips
one of my personal favorite is to take an EZ curl bar and load it up really heavy, have a friend hand it to you while you're lying on a flat bench, and then you can do extremely close grip presses without hurting your wrists. This won't work if you have a real big bench press, just because it's impractical to have a friend hand you a 300-400 lb EZ bar.
That's a lot -- other people will have more... you can use any of these effectively for about 4 weeks at a time.
