im burnt out...tired..no drive to workout anymore..hit a wall with my diet...havent worked out the past week...gonna take a few weeks off exercise and diet and just relax..been going hard the last year straight and think its time to regroup for a while and rest up..gonna drop down to 200mg ew test and run that for a few months then hit a bulker this fall/winter...
