taking some time off the aas and diet

im burnt out...tired..no drive to workout anymore..hit a wall with my diet...havent worked out the past week...gonna take a few weeks off exercise and diet and just relax..been going hard the last year straight and think its time to regroup for a while and rest up..gonna drop down to 200mg ew test and run that for a few months then hit a bulker this fall/winter...

ive had it with this dietign bullshit..im fucking starvin all the time...i need me some food...fuck being a rabbit eating lettuce andf veggies all day...give me some wings and carbs
 
i hear ya bro. im going to do the same. im still gonna hit the gym, but ive been eating clean since april 2008 (with a few cheat meals here and there, mostly sushi if you even count that as a cheat). i went from a clan bulk to a cut in march 09 and was doing good for the first month, then had a tattoo appointment (took a week off, tried to eat clean but that didnt happen), got back on track, then had another appointment in june to get it finished. got back to dieting, then in july, i had surgery done on my arm, had 2 incisions and had stitches, couldnt work out for 3 weeks. so frustrated that im not getting the results i got last year. the diet wasnt consistant enough with all the interuptions. so basically ive been cutting since april. next year, im going to do straight 12-14 weeks of straight cutting, but summers almost over for me down here in jersey. so im gonna cheat for a week or 2 (casually). and go to a bulking diet with 7000-8000 calories(no fast food, of course). im 172, hoping to hit 200 with test prop 150mg eod and maybe some npp or tren ace in october/november.
 
ya im done..i bulked for 9 months then cut last 3..ive over the whole thing..give me a fuckign pizza beer and tv and im good for a bit
 
Wise decision my man. No need of getting burnt out. Take a little while off and come back refreshed. Just don't over-do the chilling. Come back and you'll be refreshed.

But ya man, I always say that to anybody, take the odd break and regroup or you will burn out and quit cold turkey losing most or all of the hard earned gains.... been there done that a few times lol but not this time..... I hope!

You ever coming off completely? After nearly 4 years of heavy juicing with short PCT's i've officially decided to take a 5 month break. Flush out the receptors and get off the BP meds. Gotta give the ticker a little break too.
 
You were my inspiration, past tense. You were the drive of being jacked and better looking than any other 30+ year old around because of staying on all the time with no chance of having rugrats because of sterility. Now your going to blend in with corporate unfit America, inhaling fast food and you probably will become fertile again!

no..i think i ruined that option already lol...im just gonna relax for a month or so then get back in..ill prob still work out here and there just to maintain most..but nothign to extreme

theres a sushi & seafood buffet about 5 minutes away from my gym so i would hit that place up right after my workout. i figuered the sugars would be my post workout carbs, lol

we make our own sushi at home...we have a friend who is a high end sushi chef that walked us thru everythign..cant beat it!

we can get sushi grade fish at the jap market doiwn road...
the other day made brown rice rolls with some salmon tuna etc...
had a tuna ceviche and a tuna tataki..shit was awesome

You should research what Tom Platz used to do for pre-comp. He'd diet and a couple times a week eat like pizza, burgers and such. Keeps your body guessing a bit.
I tried it. Ended up liking the pizza and burgers better. lol.

thats awesome. but for some reason, it just taste better when someone else makes it, lol. even when i make sadwiches, they just tate better at the deli. i know, im too picky.
 
just train for a pump, i took the month a month off the beging of year just hit gym 2 to 3 days a week for a pump. I at like shit and dran a lot. I didnt lose too much, but i got soft. I am on my 3rd week off and i fing hate it! i have only lost 5lbs and seem to be holding on good, but i am burnt myself. Good luck bro. look fwd to seeing your come back cycle. I am planning mine now for nov.
 
I only diet on cycle the gains i see on a day to day basis are enough to keep me happy and eating clean... when im off and depressed hehe its time for dessert :evil:
