Hey guys. Do you know if its ok to take both whey protein and creatine post workout? I was planning on doing that but not sure if its ok to take those 2 supplements at the same time. I always mix my protein shake with milk and i didnt start taking creatine yet but i will mix it with some juice.

Also is it true that mixing creatine with orange juice is bad or is it just a myth?

Thanks in advance

Yes you can definitely take your creatine post workout with a protein shake but you are going to want some simple carbs in there too - to create an insulin spike and replenish glycogen stores .
Buy some bulk dextrose and mix about 50 grams with a double scoop of protein and 5 - 10 grams of creatine...

i just mix my own gatorade from the powder, enough for about 35-40g of sugar and drink it immediately after workout, then the shake about 25 min after that.. buts thats just me.

p.s. the powder gatorade is better and doesn't have as much crap as regular gatorade.

I used PostWO :
25g dextrose
5g creatine
30g whey protien powder and mix with water.
