T3C...on the farmers remember that the faster that you walk...the less time that you have to hold onto the implements. That was one of the biggest things that I did to improve my distance with the 375's. I walked faster. Start stepping AS you are standing up.
SK: nice job on the tire big man...VERY nice job. Next week, try to use your long levers to your advantage. Feet closer together but farther back, shoulders dug INTO the tire, and hands much wider. I bet you can go 10 flips with no knee this way...you ARE strong enough to do it. You are using A LOT of rounded back in this...
