Good job guys...

IMO...you need to conserve energy when you do the events. No talking during events and keep your pre-event psyche down. Learn to turn the switch off and on...and back off again...quickly.

Tire flip looks good guys...pushing against the clock and each other makes it A LOT harder.

thanks for the advice man. we were talking about conserving energy on the way home from the lot.

Just curious how long the events part of your workout take? excluding the ME move. how long do you rest between events?

I'm honored, guys.:) Not sure why I would have a day dedicated to me, but I'm honored.

I really appreciate the vids of the tire flips. My form sucks so much, the vids really help drill proper form into my head.

As always, your guys' intensity is an inspiration.

I am finally back on my normal schedule at work now. Been back and forth between days and swing, plus a couple days off to take care of my terribly sick wife and sick son.:( I was lucky to hit the gym over the last 2 weeks. (But I didn't miss a day.:))

I should have vids again next week. This week, I am covering for the shift manager which has me here until 2am. Time get's short in the mornings.:)

But, thanks again for the dedication. Felt pretty damn good especially after not posting much the last couple weeks.:)

I love you guys.............:D

We start getting out the implements at about 3:30 and we are usually putting up the stones at 6:30 or so. This past Sunday we were done at about 5:45. 4 events in 2:15...isn't too bad.
