Has anyone experience this? I ramped up to 75mcg/day and it just made me so lethargic, I had to stop using it. All I wanted to do was lay on my bed and take naps. I was OK at 50mcg so I was thinking of trying not going over 50mcg. Can you still expereince a good deal of fat loos at 50mcg? Also, is there a way to combat the lethargy that comes with 75mcg?
edit to add: This was liquid T3 from a reputable company. Years ago, I took Cynomel and didn't experience any lethargy. Diet back then was 100-200g of carbs. Diet this time is CKD.
