T3 ... how long of a break is needed

nice. I am currently on t3 myself and that is my goal. 3 percent. my cardio is on point and so is my diet. thanks bdog

There is no evidence that T3 will supress any thyroid functions at all. You can stop taking it after a traditional down taper and start another cycle in a week if you wish. Key is to not stay on it too long. But i have done 2 months in the past with 60mcg. Never had any sides either, except for 10lbs of fat loss. No rebound either.

T3 will supress thyroid function but only while using it and shortly thereafter. No matter how long you stay on you will fully recover within 2 weeks.

I found that you can keep fat lose off after a t3 cycle if you keep your diet tight. Unfurtunatly most of us go nuts with the cheat meals after a long period of dieting. I know I did last summer. But when I took it the second time I kept it off for a long time because I stayed on my diet.

this sounds good, but I have never seen anything to back this statement up.
