* Cardio = 60 min. outdoor walk; timed it today -- 62.5 minutes... need to measure the distance but I think it's between 4.3 and 4.5 miles. We'll see.
* Lifting = No lifting today.

Chicken Fajitas eaten w/o tortillas
8 oz grilled chicken breast
3/4 c. peppers and onions cooked, fat added in cooking
1/3 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. (lard-free) refried beans
1.5 servings tortilla chips
1/2 c. homemade made-at-the-table guacamole

Didn't have one tonight even though I was hungry -- made a decision to enjoy the good fats in the guac at dinner and sacrifice my nightly ANPB
instead. I was hungry, but a decision is a decision.

Not too shabby... a little high in calories for my liking... but it was a ROUGH day. Long story short -- I got into my new place and the movers came (WAYYY later than I thought) and delivered all my stuff in smashed boxes... and then I saw my apartment and it's SMALL. I thought it was the same square footage as my old place -- it's not. It's 100 sq feet SMALLER. I am so frustrated and sad... and so I'm still hangin' at Ulter's til I can find a new place to go.
So now I have all this stuff to think about -- do I really need/want a patio? I moved to FL -- wanted a screened in porch I thought... maybe I don't. I really wanted an office... with a solarium I could have one... *sigh* Why don't I trust myself to make these decisions?
I don't like this stress. I'm supposed to be FURNISHING my place now... but instead I need to set it all up, move it all on my own now again... and STILL furnish it all before work start.
