Here is another question for SC or anyone for that matter...

I am trying to eat sweet potatoes at least 2-3 times per day, but I just can't stomach them. I've eaten 2 today and I almost puked both times and it made my stomach nauseated. Can I just stick with rice and oats or is sweet potatoes a must? I know I'm being a wuss, those things are nasty! What about some sort of protein shake with maltodextrin? HELP!!!
 
they'll all become glucose anyway.. it's mostly just at the rate that they convert, so it looks like he's just trying to have you eat low GI carbs.. so anything low GI should work just fine...

but mmm.. I made up some sweet potato fries.. they were good fried up with some healthy fat (olive oil).

Wow, I never had that reaction....guess you can use any of the rest, but for me Sweet Potatoes are the staple of carb up....
