Got this recipe from Optimum Nutrition and just tried it this morning. It is really yummy!!
2 scoops All the Whey
1 medium sweetpotato, baked
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons oats
Mash all ingredients together, cook.
Yields 3 pancakes
Per Serving:
Calories: 400
Carbs: 56
Fiber: 6
Protein: 26
