Hugggggggggggs, girl. I know how ya feel.

Best you can do now is accept that you enjoyed your sweets and get the rest of it outta the house and get back on track. The weight will come off once you get tough with yourself again.

Now....GO DO IT!!! Do it fast, cuz we've got a lot of holidays coming up and you'll want to save some cheat days for then. :)

That's exactly why I have a passionate relationship with Russell Stover sugar-free chocolates - tiny amounts of active carbs, and between $2.50-$3.50 for about 5 "doses" at Walmart.

Look in the diabetic section in the Health & Beauty sections.

Luckily I'm not into sweets or junk. I've indulged yes but I've stuck to my training/dieting during the last 7 weeks that I no longer care to indulge anymore. I've had the occasional treat or cheat meal, which consisted of a plain choc bar or oatmeal pancakes or a piece of fruit. I've found an awesome substitute for chocolate cravings and it's healthy!!

Mix a few scoops of choc protein powder (I use EAS Simply Whey) with either water or egg whites. Just add a little so that the texture is thick, not runny. Toss in a few almonds and freeze (~ 20 min). Take out of the freezer and let it unthaw for a few minutes then mix through. Just like pudding! It's awesome!

Unfortunately, sugar is addictive; two ways to break an addictive habit - "cold turkey" it (easier said than done unless you have to get onstage in a tiny little bikini), or gradually cut back and re-establish control over your habit.

One way to stop a sugar craving is by eating some fat. Or, distract yourself with something else until the craving goes away, because it will go away. You just have to get your mind off it (I know, easier said than done). :-)
