Well, if I'm thinking of the same thing, "Light" when referring to brown sugar refers to the color of the sugar - a light brown as opposed to dark brown sugar.
Cut them up into Texas Fries style. Leave skins on. Light oil spray, very light. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, tumric, cinnamon. Cook 350 for 20-30 mins depending on thickness of fries.
Use macadamian nut oil, MCT Oil and Splenda instead... Macadamian nut oil is 80% Omega3 and Omega6. MCT is completely usable, not stored as fat just burned as energy. That sounds like a good mix.
Throw in 30g Whey, 30g Protein from Chicken Breast, 30g Protein from Beef and you have a meal you can't beat.
