sorry im new here. i came across this forum when i was looking up "broad shoulders and small waist"
in one of the forum threads people mentioned swaining, squats and various other methods to thicken up the waist. but what in the world is swaining? google search didn't do me much help.
i'm 20 , 5 foot 10 inches and i have relatively broad shoulders. my waist is tiny and it makes me look really weird when i wear a tight shirt. even buying clothes has become a problem. for some reason, my back is really long compared to my friend who is the same height but he has long legs. whenever i sit down with other people, i'm always taller than everyone.
anyways, i want to make myself look more proportional. i was thinking of getting a membership to a local gym. one of my friend recently bought a membership and he told me that the price includes a personal trainer.
i have trouble gaining weight because of my high metabolism.. im still scrawny..
