Sustanon injection frequency

Sustanon has propionate in it, and propionate needs to be injected more frequently or it won't be effective. You can use sus once a week and get good results, but not as good as 2-3 injects per week. If you want to inject once a week you may as well use enanthate or cypionate instead.

it has propionate for the fisrt couple of days
it has fenil propionato and isocaproato for the next couple of days
and decanonato for the rest of the week

i guess i was misinformed then, because ive read several times on this site that sus is most effective when shot frequently (because of the short esters). my bad.

No offense bro but you shouldn't rattle off some advice as if you know what you are talking about just because you have read other posts stating the same thing. Thats pretty dangerous for others that don't know any better.

i wouldnt say dangerous, dangerous would be giving misinformation on slin or something. there is nothing dangerous about injection sus ed or eod, painful, but not dangerous. i know sustanons half life is long because of the long esters (so once a week injections are fine) , but why wouldnt it make more sense to take full advantage of the short esters and inject frequently. someone explain why because this makes plenty of sense to me and i dont want to look like an asshole.

My original comment was in regards to you tossing out recommendations out there without you knowing the facts. It has nothing to do with it being sus or slin or anything else. The practice of giving misinformation itself is dangerous. Not to mention that some people are more sensitive to side-effects than others and sus eod could yield prostate swelling for some, higher blood pressure for some, higher cholesterol... etc etc. To say just because it's sus or some other juice that it's "not dangerous" to give misinformation is not true. Everyone is different in response to things. That's why I'm reluctant to give cycle advice without knowing more about the person doing the cycle. There is so much more to consider than just "how does this cycle look" when you give advice.

And no one was trying to make you look like an asshole bro. Just something to think about the next time you give advice.

I am going to say this. I have seen some people say that Sust was designed to limit the frequency of shots, true, however keep in mind that wasn't designed for Bodybuilders. One shot a week is like doing 125mg of cyp or ent. a week. There is not enough of the other esters to have any kind of effect on the body. So if your going to do that you might as well do 200mg or Cyp. Or Ent. a week.

Sust should be done every 3rd day. At four shots a week that is 400mg of the longer ester if I am not mistaken, and enough of the other esters to get the cycle started quickly. I would only after three weeks to goto bi weekly shots.

I just did a cycle in which I inj sust only once a week. Had good results.

My next cycle I will be inj every 4th day. ie mon/fri/tue/sat/wed/sun and so on.

I see a lot of people saying mon/thur I like to keep it the same amout of days between inj. Going by week is not important I go by actual days for about 10 weeks.

The shot esters in sust like prop only last 3 to 4 days according to what I have learned and this means that you will want to inj before they are out of your system. This will also give you a lot of long acting esters in your system at one time so I suggest only doing 1 cc each time and if that is working then you might want to bump it up to 1.5 cc each inj.
