I will be doing a cutter for contest prep. I cant stand eating broccolie or greenbeans. Its part of my diet but I cant even imagine swallowing even a little bit. Is there some type of suppliment I can take instead of the greens part?

Green Veggies are a must during a pre contest diet. First you need fiborous carbs in your diet at this time, second you will not get the same nutrients in any supplement form. This is because supplements are processed, this means your body has to break them down resulting in major loss of the actual nutrient. Consuming whole foods is the real only way to get the actual nutrients your body needs.
Try some different ways of preparing your greens.Add some Ms.Dash seasonings to them while boiling/steaming. Vinegars pack a great punch to raw veggies and green leafy salads.

I dont care for vegetables whatsoever, so what i do is chop up green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, green squash, yellow squash.. Stick with me i know it sounds gross... throw some vegetable oil in a pan on medium and weather it be chicken, steak, or just by itself. Then you have a stir fry. I usually cook enough for a couple of days. If you want some flavor use low sodium soy sauce or you could get away with using some kind of dressing. Trust me.. you dont taste that nasty squash taste.. The peppers overpower it and the soy sauce helps as well. :)

Sorry missed the part where is was precontest. i guess you'll just have to eat it plain :worried: Its not bad at all though. ive ate it plain

Almost a ratatouille, Try stir-frying eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini and onions with some garlic, oregano and basil until all the veggies are tender in olive oil. You'll have to add olive oil from time to time because the eggplant soaks it up. Add a can of ro-tel. Eat it hot or cold, delicious side dish.
