I grill it on an indoor girller I am getting a new griller for Xmas so excited and a magic bullet blender yes this is what I wanted for Christmas. LOL

I has partied out this weekend the stay was so short I didn't have time to meet up with anyone really. I wanted to see HT & Nash but crashed out around 12:00 booze and lack of sleep got to me.

Thanks T takin outside the Grande Ballroom at the Hilton. OMG speaking of the Hilton front entrance very nice etc back entrance = ghetto I shit you not liqour stores and pawn shops right behind it. The Hilton was nice and all but I do prefer The Drake.

On a side note I started training my roommate. He just wants to be healthy and holy hell does he have lot of work ahead of him. I am trying to ease him into things. I don't expect him to be full on into it he just wants to be healthy. Problem is he thinks going to the gym gives him a free ticket to eating and drink crap. I gave him a journal on Sunday and told him to write down everything he puts in his body. He is 30 years old and has a bleeding ulcer I am concerned for his health and I think after the gym he will be getting a big tough love speech.

Later that night half a box of wheat things with salsa

My main goal this week was to get him to start eating breakfast and then about an hour before lifting eat and right after. He so far has not followed through with the breakfast thing everyday. He has also not made a trip to the grocery store to pick up better food options I told him to he can help himself to my stuff for the time being but good gawd it is pissing me off that he wont make the little effort to pick up groceries. We live less then a 5 minute walk to the grocery store he has time to walk to the bar after work and drink but not to the grocery store? WTF? Sorry I am ranting here I just need to get it out so I don’t blow up on him to much. I told him that the journal was for him to keep himself account able for what he is doing to his body. He was complaining to me last night about his stomach bothering him about an hour after I looked at his journal well no fucking wonder did you see what you ate. ARG!!!!!

Awesome log! I just started reading it and I'll keep doing so, it sounds like your doing really well. As for trying to help your roomate, that is wonderful. Keep it up and have lots of patience. I am constantly grateful for the patience that my boyfriend has in teaching me about fitness and health and helping me along the way, especially when it first started. Its so great to know that someone is there supporting you. Keep it up!
