Super clean bulk

30 carbs, 50 protein, 20 fat or 30 protein, 50 carbs, 20 fat? I think i need to keep carbs down a bit personally because I gain fat real easily.

30 protein / 50 carbs / 20 fat

I have a pretty high metabolism so high carbs really don't phase me all that bad, but you will get fatter on a bulk up, period.

50% carbs

50% carbs is good because as long as your training hard and eat clean carbs you will go through them like candy(hmmm thats a carb). Your workouts are fueled by glucose no matter what you eat, so you can eat glucose and let your body make energy out of it or you can eat protein let your body make glucose and then make energy out of it and have less energy to workout with, seriously try it one day eat a lot of protein go work out, the next day eat a lot of carbs not so much protein and keeps cals the same and go work out. Basically find out how many cals your burning with your day+workout+whatever other strenous phys activity and shoot for about 500 cals over that, thats about 1 pound a week and no matter how you eat as long as u keep the cals there and work out hard your body will use the extra energy to make muscle not fat. You will see very very few little fat gain and a lot of energy gain which translates to better workouts which translates to bigger lean gains. Everyones so afraid of carbs but i dont know how many know that their just turning their protein into carbs. using cortisol which can be a nasty lil hormone. just do a google search about it

good shit man, I knew there was a way to lose weight with carbs cause I've done it before I just thought I was doing it all wrong a year ago..

I was in europe a year ago by the way and basically everything I ate over there was natural with lots of carbs.. I saw great imporvemnts in the gym, on the basketball court and I lost 20-30 lbs(maybe some of that was water but still) basically I eneded up as a really skinny mofo but it was great cause I lost most of the fat that I had to get rid off and got a lot stronger plus I was only 17

my diet consisted of veggies, large ammounts of fruits, always natural meat, be it chicken pork or whatver, none of the proccessed food and every meal I had even if it was at night I had some carbs, be it piece of bread or even a pizza.

on high protein low carb diet... I was getting weaker in the weightroom... I never had enaugh energy for my basketball practices in college.. I was doing this untill today... tommorow begins a new experiment, which I think sounds a lot more promising.

now that I tried both diets I can say that the higher carb diet works better for me and I have a good reason to believe in that.

thanks man you pretty much opened up my eyes for me.
