Agree. After church come home and eat lunch. Hit the couch...watch a bit of the race...roll over and sleep till 4-5pm. Baseball starts today so add that to the bag o sports to watch on sundays.

My first day of working out is Sunday. Since I work out 3 days a week with a day in between of rest. That gives me Fri and Sat off for partying.
