Suggestions to a new girl????

There is lots of info out there Clenbuterol Weight Loss has quite a bit of info including dosage - theres loads on here too...I'm taking it currently have taken it a number of occasions over the years and had good results....if you get proper stuff! I ran a cycle a few months ago and nothing as it was fake or very low grade.

I'm on day 3 of this cycle - you have to start low and build up as your body gets used to the side effects..with me its tremors in my hand and cramps in my feet...I'm very prone to cramping anyway with or without the clen.... I need taurine but cannot seem to find it over here?

Anyway maybe we should PM each other our stats????? I'll tell if you will...I'm with you on the pics though...no way, not yet.... I might post them in about 6 weeks alongside a piture from then...that way we should be able to see some improvement and then I wont feel so bad.

Have a good day!

Annie, you should not feel embarrassed about your stats, in fact at least for me, I can help you more readily if I know where you are. Besides, we are here to help, not judge.

C'mon girls, don't feel embarrased, I was at 5.1" and 163 pounds :s now am 158 pounds, I posted bf (I'm almost 1/3 of fat 31% :() and took pics, no one will criticize you or be mean, I'm on the same boat girls, but I'm sure we can do it ^_^

LOL! That figures...by the way I'm assuming calipers are more accurate than Body Fat scales???? Please say yes! Please say yes!! LOL my scales read 5% heavier than the calipers!

Neither is completely accurate, however calipers are definitely more accurate then bf scales.

BF calipers are the best way to judge progress -ALONG with a tape measure,Unless you are competeing the most accurate is Hydrostatic testing ,stay away from scales they will lie to you because of the food & water you are carrying.
And Welcome to Elite.Keep at it..:)

My ab area is always the very last to lose weight. I have been told by several friends that since I have five children I shouldn't expect to have my toned belly back. I say BS and that just fuels my fire more. What is the best thing I can be doing to get them back? I had been down to 120 previously and still had a bit left even thought everything else was good.

First off I want to say congrats you are doing great. Keep up the good work. Also, do not be afraid of posting your stats, it is imposible to really help you with out them & you should not be ashamed - no one here is judging you. In all actuality & I think I will speak for most of us - I respect you for coming out and making a true effort & seeking help.

Now regarding bodyfat. Actually, I never do any BF testing on anyone that I work with or help - like RADAR said they can lie - Calipers are good... What I use with everyone I help - including myself is pictures taken weekly or bi-weekly - they don't lie. I also like using measurements too. One more thing that does not lie is how your close fit - unless of course you wear the same outfit for several days without washing it...

Keep up the great work & NEVER give up.
