  • Hey Minkiesmom! Sorry I'm late responding you, but I was not around. You can have smoked salmon, but watch the fat. You can also have turkey if you can do that. As long as is lean protein, you can have it. You're right, don't have too much protein powder.
    I hope so..I am using 2.5mg twice a day. Going up to 5mg twice a day Monday. My muscles, the little one I have..haha, are actually feeling quite a bit firmer. I have worked out in the past and never had these kind of results. So..who knows. But thank you for your input.

    are you just using 1 ed or 10mg , its seems to be much more than placebo :)
