Chocolate Chip Cookies
Serving Size: 15 cookies
Per Cookie: 78 calories: 6g fat, 5g carbs, 1g protein
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup all purpose flour
• ½ cup oatmeal flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup or 1 stick butter, softened
• 12 packets stevia or 6 teaspoons stevia powder
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract powder
• 1 cup unsweetened diced dark chocolate bar (highest percent cocoa content)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Stir together the flour, baking soda, salt; set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, milk, stevia, and honey until smooth. Blend in the eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon. Scoop cookies using an ice cream scoop or by heaping tablespoons. Place cookies at least 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly golden. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
Changed the recipe, now its almost sugar free.
