subway isn't bad if you're on the run and can't get anything else...
here's what i do... double meat (i believe that their roast beef is about the best nutrition wise, i could be wrong)... no cheese, extra veggies, no mayo, no sauce ect and then i break off as much of the bread as i can while still having this mess stay together....
yeah, its still high in sodium, but hey... its a hell of a lot better for ya than pizza or mcraunchies
