Alright heres the deal guys, im on hansel's diet and i have been for a few weeks. I have lost some good weight and have been very very satisfied. Im the skinniest and most cut/tone i have ever looked in my life. I weighed about 190 the end of last summer and now i am 165 with my strengh greatly increased. I cant give you bf measurements but i am guessing im like 10-12, i need to buy calipers. At the moment im very very close to my goal but i have stalled for about a week and a half, since im not seeing results im getting discouraged and i dont want to ditch cutting.

I see my problem areas as lower abs (if i flex or am in good light i can see them but i want to always have them) the rest of my abs are always visible but i would like to be more cut with the horizontal lines. my side love handles look good, they are basicly non-noticable in the front and sides but on the back they are not solid, they dont poke out but not solid, also i want more fat gone from my lower, outer chest. I cant seem to lose these last parts.

As a solution i wanted to do AM cardio but that isn't going to be a possiblity until summer. The reason for this is i would have to get up at 5:30 and run, then go to school. GEtting up at 5:30 is hard enough, now imagine running also and then going to school, not going to happen. I am throwing in cardio after my weight training. Also possibilities i have thought of is to switch immediately over to a CKD just to kinda shock my body and keep it losing, also thinking about taking some supps to lose the last few pounds.

The supps i have thought about are r-ala, eca, nyc, and/or yohimburn. let me know what you think about my situation, i would hate to fall short of my goal when i knwo i can do it!!!

Congrats bro, you have cut down to a low bf and learned healthy eating habits. I wouldnt use a CKD at this point, thats drastic and your close to your goal. This is the hardest part and is tough for naturals.

Idealy, I would create more of a caloric deficit and keep eating the same way, if its not working cut cals back a little but not for too long.

PM cardio is still effective.

hrmmmmmm, well the eating habits have been good before this, i learned that awhile ago, but now i just learned to know my body better. I am starting to lose again due to a high increase in activity rate. I am working 2 jobs where i run around alot and i go to school also. So I am very busy and constantly burning cals. This has started me to lose again..... so i think. I will wait a bit witht he extra cardio and activity rate and let that make my deficit more, eating habits will stay the same.... ill keep u posted more and more, but plz give some suggestions all!

i don't know what HANSEL's diet is, but i would guess it's pretty good since he is very knowledgable. in any case i would suggest you post how many cals you are taking in per day and also a sample of what you eat. a diet can always be tweaked.

there is also the possibility that you have hit the leptin plateau, so you might actually have to increase your cals.

yohimburn is excellent for stubborn fat, which for most guys is the abs.

how do i increase leptin levels???? I have posted my diet before and haven't really deviated much from it, i tried dropping cals and that didn't really help, just increasing activity did somewhat, but tell me about this leptin thing, plus im getting the cutting pack from the AF store i think, the NYC and yohimburn......

it sounds like really are in starvation mode. try increasing your cals a little. what's your caloric intake right now? also really cut some of that cardio. you are only adding more stress to your body right now, and it is resisting even more and holding on to the fat stores. also incorporate high carb refeeds every few days. this will somewhat help with raising your leptin levels.

without more detailed info about your current diet, i can't give you more specific.

for more info on leptin and refeeds, try doing a search here or read Par Deus' articles on his site.
