stubborn shoulders

hey I'm really trying to get my shoulders to grow.
It's harder for me to get that pumped feeling in the lateral and front head that I need.
I've done heavy, light. Every press I usually train the heads once a week and my lateral delt needs the most work. I've recently started doin lat raises with a upside down grip and that seems to get them pumped up. I'm also going to start training them twice a week. My shoulders are strong but I just can't seem to get them where I want em. I also do drops and super sets. hopefully training them twice will do it. Also when I do the presses I feel good but they don't seem to respond well. any suggestions ?
the workout I did today was
abs
Rotator w-u
lat raise upside down grip arm locked 4sets8-15 drop last set
rear flye 4x8-12
front raise 4x8-10 drop at the end
bb standing press 4x8 with the last set a giant drop
Upright row 4x8
lat raise 3x10-12

Have you tried working them with another body part, like after doing chest or back? Kinda like pre-exhausting them when working with another body part.

you need heavier weight and more volume. do a shoulder press pyramid. EXAMPLE of my own. DB shoulder press>>> 60 pound db for 30 reps 70 pounds for 20 reps 80 pounds for 15 reps, 90 pounds for 12 reps, 100 pounds for 10 reps. Drop set to 70 pounds until failure. Follow with some flyes 4-6 sets of 10-20 reps and go home and eat big.

Well I've started the standing press this week hope that should shock em I'm a little sore
From yesterday which is a relief. I'll also try that out soldier. I'm
Hoping that since I'm going to start hitting shoulders at the beginning and end of the week that'll get em growing.

Do

Lateral and front raise super set- 4 sets of 25-50 reps each
Upright row- 4 sets 12-20 reps heavy
Seated DB press 4x12 heavy
Behind the head press 2x50
shruggs 4x12-20 heavy
After this you wont be able to scrath your head the rest of the day. The shoulders grow with lots of volume very well.

Hey thanks I'll try that out. Since I've been hitting them 2x a week I can already tell a difference which is awesome. Today I did the machine lat raise a lot of volume. Moved to db seated raise superset with a plate front raise killer pump. Then hit rear with bent over and rev machine flye. then I did standing bb press heavy with a lot of volume. and some more machine lat raises. I think what's really been doing it is that I do a shit ton of drop sets I love them cause ill try an go heavy the first set and then just drop it and pump it as hard as I can. It's working!!!

Just remember, If the assistance exercises hinder your pressing performance, lower the volume on assistance work-but keep frequency up.
So if u do 3 sets laterals 2x a week but your overhead press suffers, cut the laterals to 2 sets each week
