about two weeks ago, i was horrified to find out that I had a tiny stretch mark kinda behind my right armpit. I could understand why it happend: my skin is super stretchy, and there is no way it is getting stretched from excessive muscle growth.
Then last night, i checked it, and it looks like it literally increased in size by like 15 times. It went from a little purple dot to a whole row of longer stretch marks. This is pissing me off. I can;t imagine where i am getting them. The only thing i can think of is that i work Tris and Back on the same day. I do tris first, so they get super pumped. Then i do back and my back gets pumped. I think maybe when i do low rows, my arms rub tight against my lat and i think maybe this is where the stretching is coming from.
anyone have any ideas how i can avoid stretch marks?
