Well I have to agree with what everyone said, if you want raw strength and dont worry about a few pounds of fat then eat everything you can, just make sure you get enough protein to heal those muscles. If your trying to stay lean while getting stronger then your diet idea sounds pretty good.
Benchmonster- dont crack on the little 160lbs guys that are only 5'3" too much you may hurt my feelings lol. I am just messing with you bro, I am only 5'5" and I can remember thinking I was "Big" at 165. Thank the lord I am up to 188 now.
