Sticky On Bodybuilding Diet And Nutrition Basics Needed

Tryn2

The stickies on this board are lacking. Diet is left up to guessing at this point. I see where people ask for hlelp and then you have to post your diet and thens its critiqued. This is alot of wasted time I believe. One guy asked for help and he was told to search and filter out the bs to get his answer. But if he is not sure on bodybuilding nutrition how is one supposed to know what BS is and what is not ?
I could write a diet that looked and sounded good and if you stumbled across it you may not know if what your reading is shit or not. I THINK A STICKY ON BODYBUILDING DIET AND NUTRITION BASICS SHOULD BE THE FIRST THING IN THIS FORUM. Then we could design a diet and post it and it could be critiqued. Most everyone I talk with agrees. It would cut out many questions, and eroniuos threads and wasted time for everyone...

I would liek to see some of the stickys we got gone. Theyve been there long enoguh and I presonally just dont' think there healthy -theyr not balanced enogh.

Just an opionion.

True pluss I click on the ckd diet and it just throws you to a sight not the actually worksheet. That and the stickies are fuul of post from users saying good stickies. I think it should be one post and if somehting looks good add it but delte all the shit involved...

True, but realize that everyone is different, and that the same program will not work for everyone. The best way to figure out what works for you is to first learn, and then start changing things in your diet to see what works and what doesn't.

Of course, with other, more experienced, peoples' help, you can find this much quicker. Just take what you read here with a grain of salt.

And as for the healthiness of some of the sticky diets, no, they are not healthy, and they weren't designed with that in mind, so to speak (IMHO). They were designed to help you achieve your goal. I would never reccomend staying on an overly restrictive diet for very long. I've never used them, but I'm sure that people here have had success with them. Once again, you have to find what works for you.

There is no magic ratio of macronutrients that will blast the fat away for everyone. There is no magic pill, no magic diet, or special supersecret russian training method that will melt away the pounds for all. That's why I laugh when I go into the pharmacy section and see what is proffered to the (I hate to say it, and I don't mean to sound like an ass) ignorant.

Hard work is the only path. Only your blood and sweat will pave the way.

I know everyone is different but there could easily be posted diets on cutting and bulking or just a good bodybuilding diet. Then you could make adjustments to make it personal. Like Barley as a good low Gi carb trhat could be on a list. Where say if your cutting leave out whole wheat bread because its bunk anyway. Or a list of bodybuilding cutting diet friends....It would be that hard alot better than the stickies that are up there anyway. BBf posted a simple, simple plan for healtyh eating now alot of people want to try it. If they knew that to begin with we all could have saved some time....
Put up some genaral guidelines already.
This board sure as hell lets you know test for a first cycle and then what to stack it with for your second. But shit they dont care what your eating. Kinda lame.
