really? you have any idea how much just gh alone costs? you think deca is cheap? lolll you know how much support you would need on a cycle like that? that comment makes no sense whatsoever... you don't know what your talking about bro... not in the least...

well first off you missed the part that this is a shredder stack that will not suppress you. that cycle you listed is way more expensive anyway, will shut you down hard, and is not suitable for someone who is overweight or looking to shred down between cycles.

you guys got to do a better job of understanding what this stack is for. its for LOSING FAT with zero suppression!! it is NOT a steroid cycle at all so lets not compare apples to oranges


I was joking man, of course it has no sense because I was just messing around.
I would never touch that cycle even if I have the money, there's no reason for that, I guess that every guy who doesn't want to become pro only trains to look good to girls and you achieve that by matching the adonis index and you don't even need roids for that.

If I had the money and wanted to shred fat. your stack is by a clear mile the way to go.
 
Steve I gotta pick ur brain real quick... Is the reason you say no red meat solely for cuttin purposes or do you just go against it in general? If so , why? I eat steak as my "fat meal" daily, usally with steamed broccoli.
Other question why no dairy at all? I thought Chobani plain was g2g... Low cals and high protien and convient... Another meal I have daily is the big plain flavored Chobani with some natty protien granola... I think the total macros are somthing along these lines...

I have found too many 'fat guys' consume way too much red meat and dairy. really this thread is meant for those types of guys who are having a tough time losing weight, only because I get swamped with messages from guys who are that way who insist on juicing because they think it will help them lose weight when it is actually counter productive. this stack is a solution for those.

specificaly dairy is very bloaty and has a ton of sugar, so a lot of guys are best served cutting way down on their dairy consumption or even eliminating it during their cut and then later on they can gradually bring it back but in moderation.. i have an article that gets into the whole dairy thing on muscle research, i would check that out. red meat i do consume grass fed beef probably once or twice a month but not very much, again its okay in moderation but if you are trying to lose weight you definately do not want to have it very often especially if its not grass fed.

really to be honest someone who runs this stack will still lose fat even if they choose not to change their diet but if you were to incorporate my advice totally including the cardio aspect you would lose inches on your waist in those 8 weeks i am 99.9% confident.

Theres a big difference between chiobani plain and flavored... The protein content is much higher in the plain and the sugar is much lower... If you want flavored then go with dannon light n fiit... I have greek yogurt everyday but its the right kinds and steve is right about keeping dairy and beef limited when cutting...
 
I don't touch any Chobani or any Greek yogert for that matter unless it's plain. I add some granola for taste.
But yes I completely agree with the idea of keeping dairy on the low side..
