. Just to give some background, Iam 30 years old 5'10 and 185 lbs. I only have time to work out 3 or 4 times a week.. I have been working out for a while with no supplements and now wanting to start some. I do not know much about them and there are so many products out there I feel a little lost. can any one help me put together a small stack to start on?
Also what does a testbooster do for your body, and should I start out taking one? Is a pre workout like N2amp or N2kts too much to start with, should I start with something like MP Assault or Cellucor C4 Extreme?
Any input on ZMA, what it does for you and if it really works?

thanks

Get a bottle of n2amp and n2kts. Do 1/2 dosages of each.

Feel free to even just try n2kts. It is a preworkout you consume before you work out. You will LOVE IT.

Start basic and build up. once you get on a regiment for a few months you could look at test boosters and more supplements./

Fish Oil
Vitamin C
WHEY/Casein Protein would be a few staples to definitely have. Other supplements are great to.

What are your goals?

test boosters help to raise your natural test levels and usually more effective when used by older guys so mid 30's to 40's etc when your natural test levels are on the decline.
A preworkout will give you extra energy, increased mental focus, better blood flow etc and give your muscles huge pumps and can help you to train harder on your workouts.
Creatine is another supplemtn you may like to try which increases strength and helps recovery
Proteins these are convinient sources easily consumed and take affect fast perfect for after the gym or exercise to give you a rapid protein rush. They are very convinient and useful but remeber most of your diet should come from whole foods (80% whole food 20% supplement, per day) so dont live off them.
Some proteins also have carbs aswell (among other stuff) to help with calorie consumtion and aid in bulking.

I would look to getting a preworkout, some decent protein and maybe some creatin in the future if you like, they will help your progress and focus and should make your time exercising more efficient buddy
