I'm am 5'3, 22 years old and trying to lose about 10-15 pounds. My upper body is fairly small but my lower half is much bigger. I have worked out before but not that it shown much difference. I want to tone up my lower half, especially my developing pouche, butt and wide thighs. I just starting out my diet and overall body toning. My boyfriend and I are on a exercise regime with a strict diet set out for me (cutting out less caloric intake). Is there anything I can do or any supplements I can take that are safe. \

Thanks a bunch.

personally i would say cut back on the carbs.. drink lots of water

loosing weight is alot less complex then trying to gain.

watch your diet,. no micky d's!

theres nothing better. would u rather be drinking Pepsi during a workout?
water is a hydrogen oxygen complex makeup.........*sigh* i really dont want to explain all of it, lol

Take a look at the "Shadows Project" stickies at the top of the board for an outline of a complete diet & training regime that is working wonders!

Water -- keeps you hydrated, filters out waste from your body, helps regulate any bloating you may encounter, etc. Personally I think if you are trying to drink 1-2 gal water / day you are less likely to drink other crap like tons of soda, juice, etc. as well.
