starting cycle w/ shoulder injury

whats up guys. ill be starting my first cycle soon. i need to get out of this training block ive got. ive been lifting for years but just hit a plateau then this torn labrum. so with this i need to focuse on legs, biceps, forearms, abs, and doing pushups away from the gym for my chest.i really need a little help getting a routine in placeto get bulked back up.main thing im staying away from military press, bench etc.
really appreciate any help given
 
You probably can still bench and military, within reason. I have fucked shoulder(s) too. Had a torn rotator cuff and detached labrum repaird a few years ago on my right side. And thats pretty good. But now my left side is getting pretty bitchy about heavy sets.
So here is what you do.
Try flat bench and try incline bench. BUT DO NOT GO ANY LOWER THEN YOUR ELBOWS GOING EVEN WITH YOUR SHOULDER BLADES. I use saw horses as my stop but I workout at home also.
This is for bbl bench as I dont feel comfortable with dbl bench.

On military, I do seated military and I use dbls with Power Hooks. I use the Power Hooks so that I can start and finish in the extended position. Follow this link for more info,

Also I would highly suggest Deca and GH. Low dose on the Deca as the purpost is for soft tissue therapy.

1-4 helladrol 1 cap 4 times a day
1-4 n2guard 6 caps a day
1-4 HCGenerate 5 caps ed spread out.
4-8 Unleashed/post cycle/FORMA-STANOZOLOL ed as directed on the labels for PCT

with this cycle would Deca still be good to use? just throw it in the first week like everything else?
 
I would add both Test and Deca, but then you will also have to revise your PCT. But I would not do the Deca without the Test.
