Hey everyone, I am 17 years old... 5'11" and 142 lbs. I am starting a food intake journal to keep track of what I need to start eating more and less of. I want to gain weight, so I will probably do high protein and high calorie diet. Should I go with low carbs? Or do carbs matter? And if they do, what is your definition of "low"? Just yesterday I had this meal:
Mcdonalds - 2 Double Cheeseburgers, Large Fry, Medium Coke
Calories: 1650
Total Fat: 70g
Saturated Fat: 27g
Trans Fat: 9g
Cholesterol: 165mg
Sodium: 2620mg
Carbohydrates: 203g
Dietary Fiber: 10g
Protien: 57g
Now, what should and shouldn't I eat a lot of? I am new to the eating healthy to gain weight gig, so any help is most appreciated. Mind you I don't want to be as monsterous as Beast, but I wanna get up to around 150-155 by the end of the year or so.
Thanks
