SSAlexSS needs to leave or change his attitude

Overtraining is training beyond failure. Training 2x a week, each time doing twice the normal load with included forced reps is overtraining. It's not excessive overtraining like Alex is advocating, but it is overtraining. I understand that everyone thinks overtraining is training to complete muscle failure, that's what the point of my posts are, to tell people that that is not it. Everyone has a false perception of this type of training routine, without knowing what it really is.

You aren't wrong in what you are saying, but it is completely irrelevant to what is being discussed. Everything you said is invalid based on diction. Overtraining is not what you are defining it as. You're simply talking about training past failure, that is not overtraining. Overtraining is NOT a training option, it is a training pitfall. It is not a plateau breaker, its a gain breaker.

OVERTRAINING IS A MISTAKE. There is a delicate balance between maximum training and overtraining. It takes people years to find, and It is that medium that successful veteran bodybuilders have acheived.

The only thing you get out of overtraining is sick, small, and weak.

I know he entertains some people. But, we're forgetting that this board is for people to learn and share knowledge, scientific and empirical. This little turd has posted nothing but total bullshit and now is directing it to newbies so they can fuck themselves up, become totally catabolic and look like he did in those pics. All he does is cause drama and spread misinformation with NO experience(or recent pics) to back it up. I respect everyones' right to have opinions on here, that's where learning comes from. But he preaches this shit as though its gospel. this shit head is making this board a joke. It pisses me off to think that some poor bro is going to take him seriously and compromise his training potential. Alex, when all of the vets on this board are criticizing you and telling you that you are WRONG, there's probably a reason.

Great minds face great opposition.

I dont do scientific posts? Did you read the overtraining is anabolic thread? it has lots of science there. More science than in periodisation. Periodisation is actually based somewhat on over reaching and tapering off.

Unlike some people I dont post simple posts like "DO x sets of x reps of x exerce x amoutns of week" No I deliver scientific reason to what happens.

Some poor bro taking my advice? Great, look what advaik did and where he is now. Sure he is doing his thing, but it was based and inspired by me. I want more people to know the truth. Say whatever you like, but just because you swear and act tough - you dont sound convincing or truthful.

Besides when you take NITRO TECH and MYOSTIM you can overtrain yourself into a new growth by suing high volume high intensity methods. Thank you very much for publicizing my information. More and more people actually try my methods!

Why? I dont go around calling everyone names, I finished doing that in grade 3.

Stop thrashing him. It works for him, let him do it. He is growing not you. Stop being jealous of his gains and start gaining yourself.

Just because he is using some techniques similiar to mine, doesnt mean that they suck. Look he is progressing, he is getting stronger, his biceps are stronger. Not small and weak.

Stop reading MIKE Mentzer. Ask real experts like Poliquen and others. Overtrainign CAN be beneficial if used properly. If used properly it can lead to great gains. Unfortunately people like you try to screen out the information.

Swearing like a thug doesnt make you look knowledgeble.

If we kicked everyone off who met this criteria, 90% of the board would be gone.

However, I must agree with Mr. Deadlifts. Posting erroneous information is no crime, as there are a precious few absolutes in weight training. But directing this kind of crap at newbies who could easily injure themselves is at least worth a look by the EF higher ups.

As I stated in Alex's last fit of verbal diarrhea, I've had a high tolerance for him until now. Just sort of thought of him as the Training board's village idiot. But enough is enough.

Erraneous information? I have sources, experts, ph.d's backing up my pieces of info. Who backs up yours? Your genetics and chemistry?

Many people have said that "newbies cant overwork" because they are inexpereinced and cant really push it. And now you say they can? Do you really expect a newbie to be able to go to the gym, pick up any substantial weight and go Dorian Yates balls to the wall? NO! Only advanced people can get such intensity.

Furthermore the article clearly said to make sure you dont overtraing for long period of time. it clearly said that it must be no longer than few weeks, and the article clearly said to back oof overtraining to a less stressful program. There is nothing wrong with that.

Hey atleast I dont say that you need to have dorian yates type of intensity, which incidently crippled him. I wouldnt advise anyone of going like dorian did since that kind of training is dangerous no matter what anyone says. Going to failure has some well recorded pitfalls down the road. By going HIT you wont do anything bad now, but after some time you will.

That article has references, most of the stuff I post has big experts sitting behind them. Dont diss them!

Alex, If I want to, I can find "scientific evidence" to back up the idea that the sky is orange. I bet if I tried, I could find 20 of your "Ph.Ds" to back that up. Your "evidence" is only as good as you claim it is and is in direct conflict with my years of experience in the gym.

I have no intentions of trying to argue with you. It's pointless. People on this board have begged you to post pics of these "pipes" of yours, yet you refuse. You preach the overtraining gospel, and back it up with questionable references and expect everyone to just eat it up. I don't care how many books you've read. There simply is no substitute for experience, an asset you have precious little of.

Oh, and this tormented genius bit is getting a bit old as well.

I don't really think that you are really banning material. However, as long as you post this stuff, you can expect the rest of us to counterpoint everything you say. So get used to it.

Reason I dont show my pipes/phisique/stats is because I dont like bragging, I am too shy for that. Hey dorian yates did the same thing, he was mr o and he didnt go around bragging about his pipes either, and he behaved himself too calmy. Now wonder he is the shadow. He trained, come to the show, collect his trophies and go back home. You dont need to be a loud mouth to be great, expert, etc.

Just because you have trained longer doesnt mean that you are more expereinced. I am not saying you arent, I am just showing you that stats arent important. it is a merit of program that counts.

There are people who train for years and dont expereince progress. If i dont expreince progress for a week, a week, I do something. Ofcourse I am not an expert and I never claimed, howeever I have learned quite a bit. And I am still learning. That Is why i come here.

If we cooperate and share or knowldeges in a good way we can all benefit. Unfortunately some people (not you) try to "rock the boat".

THAT"S FUNNY Alex... b/c I seem to remember you calling me a "Moron" last week in one of your bs threads... It won't be too long before the moderators get sick of you and you're gone! Enjoy your time while it lasts!

I wonder if he was called out, like you have been, if he would have still hid??? I mean, do you ever plan on showing us what you look like??? Physique wise that is??? I'd love to goto a show where you were at... And if you really want people to try your stuff... just post the pics...

but the real reason you won't post pics has nothing todo with you "not bragging"... After a point, people will realize (as I have) that you just AREN'T THAT BIG... and you're training methods JUST DON'T WORK!

That's the biggest load of crap I've ever heard on EF. And I post on the Chat board.
