I did...and as said, will make another order for them soon. The DHL was the problem, and I now know, as does rxhealth, DHL to the Philippines.
But, as a retired UPS driver, one thing you learn in a business is you simply do not hear about the good service, as it is "expected", but if you screw up an order, that will be a HUGE deal and told to at least 10 other people. It's all the ways of business 101 and how customers are...not much to change there needto. When a person spends the money on a car, they do not care 99 other people got their car in time and without an issue...but that 1 guy who is having an issue rightfully has the reasons to complain. It's all in how a business handles that "troubled" order that makes a company....and rxhealth gets HUGE props forom me as to how they handled my lost order.
