Last week was the first time i was able to do squats for four weeks so i just did a bunch of reps with 185, this week i thought i would just do some with 205. so i did.

165x4 felt heavyer than it should have. I thought that i would not be able to do any more than 205 at this point.
205x4 felt really light! so i decided to stop and add more...
225x3 still felt good

255x2 15lbs PR!!!
I did this right in front of a mirror so i know the form was good, my back stayed strait and i went ATF on each rep.
I also did strait leg dead lifts

205x8 I did not do many sets on this because this was only the second time i have ever done these so i wanted to take it easy, the last time i did them i did alot of reps with 185 so i knew i could handle 205.
