What should I do? I was squatting, and now i feel pain in my upper middle back just below the neck where the bar rests. I think its from squatting, since I loaded up about 365 on the bar (that's a good weight for me) or it was either from crunches, but i highly doubt it. Now it hurts; its tolerable pain, i still work out. Should I consult a physician? I dont really know if its spine or muscle..
