Hi guys, how effective is this diet to your heart? all my doctors y physicians recommended it to me after I had a pre stroke, also is it also just to improve your heart's health but also to lose weight?
I've not heard of it not am I inclined to go look. Here's the thing - unless a patient has the IQ of an ant or lives under a stone they KNOW what they need to do. They KNOW they need to exercise. They KNOW they mustn't eat crap. They KNOW they're overweight. They don't need a doctor to tell them.
So eat right, lose fat, do some daily exercise. If it makes you feel good you can call it the 'Mobster Diet'.
The spectrum diet is just a basic healthy eating diet. It's nothing magical but I do like the fact that the spectrum diet includes diet, stress management and exercise into the program.
In a nut shell - the best diet you can follow for heart health is as follows:
- prioritize fruits and vegetables
- limited saturated fat and sugar
- limit salt intake
- drink 5-6L of clean water per day
