Specs on N2KTS and GEAR?

I'm reccommending both to a buddy of mine and he would like to know the amount of sugars and other complex carbs along with the amount of dead calories.

So if anyone could help with that it would be much appreciated

n2kts to get u going in the gym everyday .. diets can make u sluggish
