i make very strange, but very healthy.
1 lb of 90%ground sirloin
2 cans of hot chili beans
1 can of water
banana peppers
mushrooms
green peppers
dried onion
red pepper
garlic
alot of hot sauce
cajun seasoning
chili pepper
pepper
I let that simmer for 2-3 hours. That is 2 meals for me.
It is unconventional, but it is good and spicy.
