Jeff was a Vanilla Ice wanna be his freshman and sophomore years, a hell of a moto cross racer. Used to anialate(spelling) a track back home called "Hang Time" His junior or senior year the NCHSAA would not let hime wrestle because he had started his amateur career.

WOW, I am very shocked at the compliments and very appreciative of all of them. But if ya'll see the slightest imperfection, PLEASE let me know. As for now, I'll keep at it. I plan on doing a progress thread as soon as i reach 8 weeks out, updating it wilth diet changes, pictures, ETC....I love this site already. Good info and some good lookin ladies too, :wink: Someone please read my between the sheets thread...thanks

The detail in your hams is real good. If you want to get some good info on gear in terms of competing you should go over to the steriod forum, there are a few knowlegable competitors over there. BTW you won right? K for you good job.
