Just curious what everyone thinks. I know the obvious, shoulders, traps calves need work. I am also want to put on more mass, still playing with my diet to see what works. i know I definitely need to come in harder next time...I think I cut my carbs too much too soon, and possibly cut the water out too late. Next show in Nov.19th. We'll see what happens then. Just thought I'd share
