Hey guys I'm totally new here and new to gear. I have been working out for some years now all natural but I can't gain any significant amount of muscle mass. So i was thinking of doing some HGH but I have no idea if that is any good on its own?! Also the starting amount is varying depending on what thread i read. Been browsing the forum for a while, but decided to ask for advice, instead of blindly following someone else's cycle.
Here's the deal I'm 31 6'5 and currently at 177 pounds with about 12% body fat. Getting lean was never a problem but adding mass sure is.
My goal would be to reach 200+ pounds without being bloated heh.
I hope some of you folks can share some information with me, which would make me more comfy instead of just experimenting with that stuff on my own...
