Sub-Q or IM should not be sore, that is not good. At least you are getting good sleep and tingling

i've done sub-q and im injections,,,,sub-q areas are sore for 1-2 days and IM are sore next day also,,,no welts at all,,,,not sure if it is gh or not but i've been sleeping like a baby this week which is unusual for me,,,have noticed occasional tingling feeling in my hands especially

will continue to report if changes happen

I was told that the inj. area will be sore because its a protein peptide or due to sodium chloride water that it's mixed with. I never massaged the area before but I did massage it last night after the injection and the muscle is not sore at all today so that could have solved the soreness.
