I always down a myoplex right after working out, followed shortly by a beef tenderloin (or salmon) with pasta and a salad.

After a brutal workout, I sometimes add a tablespoon of dextrose to the myoplex. The dextrose gives you a great rush, you can feel your muscles thanking you. Too bad i am slightly hypo, or I would do the dextrose thinggy always.
