You're a great bookie, but I'd like to add my odds are correct as well. Sometimes I'll soften up the underdog so I don't get raped.

and now tongiht you've "padded" the underdog
often adding 50% to double to the true payoff
you can get hurt
myself I lost big as a bookie on 3 events
all of which could have gone my way as well
a negative ~60000 on the chisox/padres baseball
another negative ~50000 on one of the NBA finals games
and somewhere else along the line I took a 50K hit on an event
see in this environment the book is forced to roll with the action
as MM mentioned a one-sided event can really hurt you
it's not like we as bookies can visit another site and "layoff" the action to balance the books

you complained about the NASCAR odds once
so I took extra effort and AVERAGED the odds between two sites
one a US site and the other a UK site
I couldn't be anymore fair than that

I think George Spelledwrong should compensate the regular bookies in some way. If you guys dissappear because of big hits or whatever, this forum goes to shit. Sure someone will come in and try to take over but you guys give real odds and are consistently here. Drop out the 3 guys not making the books and what's left? Another Chase type bookie? We win big for a few days then the party is over (DBBT?).

so I don't see how I could get compensated
I'm having fun
my karma has been beat back down form around 200k to the 40K I started with
but hey if I had won a couple of those big events I'd be sitting at about 250K

I'm just satisfied having created interest in this forum
every month or so we add a couple more regulars(i.e. gonelifting and becoming have joined in recently)
after booking and/or wagering here
karma threads and shit of that ilk is kind of lame

DEV has done well,but maybe he'd like a partner.
I know I get busy in real life and can't be involved for 2-3 days at a time
