So what does everyone think about kashi foods?

Its a company that provide all natural food which is also specialized in granola. Most of their products are comprised of cereals, bars, waffles, and shakes.

definitely tasty stuff. My favorite is the 'heart 2 heart' which is like cheerios. It tastes good because of the hidden sugars and I have to be careful because it is so calorie dense it is easy to eat 6-700 cals in one sitting w/ out even noticing. It is a bit expensive so I always bought it on sale or at costco.

With that being said, I am trying to get it out of my house before I start my summer cutter.
