I really like their go lean crunch cereal. It's good and appears to be good for me. Anyone else like this stuff or have any thoughts good or bad on it?

Thanks.

But, it depends what you are trying to do.....

i think some of it has a time and place.. i think the general public who just wanna eat better are the best to eat it. i personally dont wanna spend the money on it when i could get better stats for food else where

I think it is a good addition to a smoothie or just for breakfast from time to time. I check walgreens and sometimes u can get 2 boxes for $5. Otherwise it is kinda expensive.

I like the little Kashi GoLEAN protein bars, they have like 12g of protein and 6g of fiber.. Sometimes in the morning I will grab one of these instead of my oatmeal.

I think some of their food is great but a lot of it, especially their cereals are way too high in sugar. Kashi Vive cereal is pretty good, its tasty, high in fiber, low in sugar and claims to have a certain amount of probiotics in it. I don't like to eat a cereal with anymore than say 8g of sugar per serving.

They have sneaky sugar in it.

Evaporated cane juice.

Thinking that sugar at a more basic, less refined form is any different from sugar is fooling yourself.

Unless you don't mind eating sugar or you have been a complete sugar junkie, then this is a good transition food from really rubbish cereals.

Ezekiel does some bread and cereals that rock.

i like the go lean crunch and i dont know if this does anything but i will run water on the cereal a few times to hopefully wash some sugar off it. It doesnt taste as sweet after that so i think it might work
