ok I'm ready to accept that I can't eat albacore tuna anymore because of health risks, but does this mean I'm supposed to eat the Chunk Light Tuna instead? Or just no tuna at all?

Don't people say the Chunk Light is the dredge at the bottom of the tuna barrel that is just all the leftover junk? Or is it fine to eat? Sure is cheaper.
