I can never understand the obsession with tuna. It tastes like crap, and will probably end up giving you mercury poisoning. Whereas fish such as mackerel not only have a good amount of protein, but also contain much more EFA's, AND taste better. I haven't eaten tuna in 3 months, has my workouts, mass building, health suffered? NO.

Yhea I felt the same way when I tired my first can of tuna, but eventually I got used to it. Try the krogers brand tuna, its really dry once you drain all the water out. Plus its cheaper with the same protein content of 32 grams per can.
This is what I do..I don't have time to cook that shit, so I first drain out all the water, then mix it with some barbuce sacue and swallow the whole thing within a matter of minutes.
If you are really serious about weight training you got to get hardcore, taste shouldn't factor...
